Are You Seated?

Or standing? Striving? Pacing? Restless? Anxious? Burned out? Afraid?

Perhaps "tossed to and fro by the waves" (Ephesians 4:14) may be more of a description of how your life feels than "seated" (Hebrews 10:12). Regardless, the promise of Jesus is actually more apt for you: Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest (Matthew 11:28). Practically though, how can you "come to Him" to receive that peace? Is Jesus explicitly referencing salvation here, or does He have more to offer those who already know Him yet are living lives of anxious toil? My assumption is the latter. And it's why I wrote a whole book about how to rest in Christ. I would love to tell you the story some day of how God led me to write this book, but suffice it to say, while every book an author writes is significant to him or her, this book has an extra special place in my heart. It was birthed out of painful personal experience and the outpouring of God's perfect peace and grace in my life. I would love to show you some of the practical tools that God used to help me stay seated in Christ. Quite simply, I'd love to just email you my book, but that's not exactly a possibly since it's under contract with Amazon right now. However, what I can do is make it insanely cheap for you. So starting NOW, I'm making it the lowest price possible for a short time. Check it out here. Hopefully you get a chance to read the book and leave a review. Each time you do, it really helps us but also helps other people to get the word out about the great depth of peace and rest available in Christ, practically, in our daily lives. Thank you for considering my book, and may God help you find true rest, Wes Raley
